WHAT YOU GET
Kroma provides you with full support, from designing and planning a new car wash to performing all the stages of the building project. After installation, commissioning and equipment training of investors, we will work with you through the provision of services and supplying the owners with all the spare parts and cleaning agents that are needed in doing business.
Our goal is to offer a quality and affordable solution fully adapted to the requirements of investors and the specific characteristics of each location.
We offer solutions with a standard engine room (container design) or modular-cabinet units that are adaptable to all investor requirements. The washing equipment located in the engine room is intended for a larger number of washing places and washing locations, while the cabinet units are designed for locations of limited land size and for smaller settlements. Cabinet units can also be installed as additional facilities to petrol stations, vehicle inspection stations, vulcanization stations, manual car washes, catering facilities, etc.
BKF equipment in the engine room and in the modular cabinet version comes in two variants: BKF CarWash – main washing with the addition of micro powder or BKF SelfWash – main washing with liquid dosing.
For non-commercial self-service car washes or self-service car washes that are limited by space, we offer BKF Mono car wash.

Washing programmes
BKF self-service car washes are the only on the market with 5 standard programs that participate in the price: turbo spray (prewash), contactless high pressure washing, dirt removal, hot wax protection and final rinsing. Other wash programmes are optional and can be selected at an extra charge.

WHEELS AND FLIES
Applying a chemical agent to rims and flies, which effectively removes bug build-up from the front of the vehicle, as well as dust, mud, smog, oil residues and wear debris generated during braking. Possible application at low or high pressure.

TURBO SPRAYING (PRE WASH)
Spraying the entire vehicle with a chemical agent mixed with softened water. The pre wash programme for dissolving stubborn dirt deposits and preparing the vehicle for the next stage of washing. Possible application at low or high pressure.

CONTACTLESS HIGH PRESSURE WASHING
Original BKF technology: working pressure from 95 to 150 bar, softened water filtered from mechanical contamination, chemical agent in the form of micro powder or liquid shampoo for cleaning the vehicle without damaging its surface. Cleaning effect improved by extremely accurate dosing of chemicals and high water temperature.
Option: for this program, new and existing self-service car washes can be fitted with a second swivel arm with a brush that combines low pressure hot water, chemical and gentle brush bristles to achieve better washing results.

DIRT REMOVAL – WASHING OFF
Residues of dirt and chemicals from previous washing programs are removed using clean filtered water under high pressure.

HOT WAX PROTECTION
Filtered and softened water mixed with the new generation wax covers the vehicle paint with a thin and extremely strong protective layer. The wax is sprayed with hot water, which is why it adheres extremely well to the surface of the vehicle. Possible application at low or high pressure.

FINAL RINSE
Final rinse of the vehicle with softened, demineralized (osmotic) water along with a drying and polishing agent which helps achieve perfect gloss and drying of the vehicle surface without water spots forming. This programme is the accomplishment of previous washing programmes, and allows eliminating the need for wiping or drying the vehicle.

ACTIVE FOAM
The active foam programme can be installed as a replacement for Programme 1 or as an additional washing programme that can be used before contactless high pressure washing. Active foam is being used with additional swivel arm with a nozzle – active foam gun, holder for floor nozzle, programme selection button. Active foam further improves the washing quality by keeping chemical agents longer on the car surface. Its fantastical visual effect will attract and interest many customers.

FLOOR WASHING
The floor washing programme is a novelty in self-service car washing and will surely delight car wash users. The elements of the system are built into the base plate. After selecting this programme, the vehicle chassis is washed with an extremely large amount of water which is discharged through a system of oscillating nozzles and in a very short time ensures impeccable cleanliness of the vehicle chassis.
